SCHOOLS, COMMUNITY & WORKSHOPS

Juniper Ballet provides the highest quality dance education and training directly to your schools with full, customized programs.

Past programs have included:

Fairytale Ballet - Just as it sounds! An enchanting hour for young ones dancing and acting out their favorite fairytales with wands, scarves, ribbons, tiaras, crowns & tambourines.
Creative Movement - Fun and exciting class for children to learn the fundamentals of dance, developing physical skills, that will later be used in all future dance classes.
Pre-Ballet - Young dancers begin to learn some real ballet technique, such as tendu, plié, chassé, échappé.
Choreography Classes - Students learn the cornerstones of choreography and how to apply them including improvisation. Students will have the chance to learn different choreography as well as have the chance to set pieces of their own on other dancers.
Turns & Leaps - Starting with basic to the most advanced dancer, making sure the dancer will nail them every time, leaving the audience in awe.
Stretch & Strengthen - Teach children and adults daily stretching routines helping to become and stay flexible.
Ballet Variations - Usually age 10+. Dancers learn the short solo or small group dances from some of the most famous ballets, such as Sugar Plum Fairy & Prince and Don Quixote & Kitri. This workshop is also extremely helpful for dancers looking to perform in various competitions.
